Droppy character is created to spice up a computer interactive about water stewardship at Bow Habitat Station in Calgary. I wanted to create a simple personification of the clean water that kids can empathize with.
I worked on this animation for VANOC with Global Mechanic, Vancouver animation and motion graphic studio. Some of the elements I designed and/or animated were blue man animations, fab shop, olympic village, transition to Whistler, etc.
BC Hydro Power Smart wanted to create engaging traveling exhibit – Conservation Lab, including a video and an interactive component, to promote energy conservation.
Exhibit space is limited within the traveling trailer, where 3 screens are placed on a wall surrounded by black light painted energy waves. The audience follows the 5 minute animation/video and after that use 3 button controller in front of them to participate in the quiz game.
